It’s the responsibility of every service member to know what orders are illegal and that they should be refused. “I was only following orders” is not a defense here.
The Nuremberg defense hasn’t been a valid defense for over 70 years
it is written in the UCMJ that no service member shall issue or follow an unlawful order, and it is punishable by prison time if you do. you have rights people, know them.
